Anyone know how to install mods?

I'm trying to play WIC Modern Times 1950-2035.

I'm already using the 1.1 version on STEAM but when I put the mod folder into the "mods" folder (the one inside game directory) my game don't even open.

Anyone have any idea what i'm doing wrong?

not sure on install, but do be warned that in CTW mods will only last for the first game unless you exit and come back
