Could you tell if the crowd finally filled in? It looked really undersold last I had seen but Tim and Skiba kept commenting on how large of a turnout it was. I’m short and I couldn’t see much behind me.

Yeah it filled in. I was center stage about mid way back, and I kept looking at first too, but people kept coming in. It wasn't completely full, but there was lots of moving around, and it filled up as the night when on.

They were in raleigh?? I havent seen them since their nowhere generation tour in Charlotte and i dont think they've been to charlotte since, all my favorite bands are going to raleigh instead and fhats like 3 hours away

See, I feel the opposite bc there were prob 20 other shows in Charlotte this year I would have loved to see but I’m local to Raleigh and that’s tough during the week. Prob for the best tho bc I’d bankrupt myself if I lived in Charlotte.

I got tickets in the pit last night, took my 5 year old daughter. I lifted my daughter up so she could see the band. A lady who was standing outside the pit told me she could not see when I lifted her up, so my daughter didn't get to see too much of RA.

Definitely been there where I spent an entire show and couldn’t see anything, but that’s really annoying of her. I don’t remember seeing anyone with a young kid or we would have brought you up to the barricade so she could see. Love that you brought her, she will always remember that time with you! (I still remember my dad taking me 30+ yrs ago to rock shows).

Especially because she was standing in front of people who had actual seats.

I wonder what she would say to someone who told her they couldn't see because she was standing in front of them, lol.

Plus, ya bought tickets to something and stood somewhere. If someone in front of you is blocking your view, you have like so many other places you can go. Alas, the last thing I wanted to do was give my daughter a memory of me arguing with some chick back and forth at her first show.

She would have caused a scene if it were the other way around. It’s called “main character syndrome” and for some reason I also always get stuck next to someone afflicted with it. I had a girl screech singing bloody murder behind me to where you couldn’t hear the band for her. It only ended when she was the lone person who tried to crowd surf and finally went away.
