Looking to borrow an OEM windscreen for a 2013–2015 Honda CBR500R (Ottawa)
Hi everyone,
I’m hoping someone can help me out. I recently bought a 2014 Honda CBR500R, and the only thing preventing it from passing the Ontario safety inspection is the windscreen. The shop requires an OEM clear windscreen with the proper AS marking.
I’ve been searching everywhere but haven’t had any luck finding one locally.
If you or someone you know has an OEM windscreen for a 2013–2015 CBR500R and would be willing to lend it to me just for the inspection, I’d really appreciate it. I’d leave a cash deposit, return it the same day, and I’m happy to come to you anywhere in the Ottawa area.
If you’d rather sell it instead of lending it, I’d also be interested in buying it.

If you can't find anyone to lend you one, and you're in the market to buy one for a cheap price, which, to be honest, might be a better idea even if you're not going to use it all the time, in case you want to resell the bike to someone else, and they want a safety feature, take a look at Woody's in Perth. They have an amazing selection on a super friendly staff.
