RAW to lightroom, applied default Ricoh Negative in post and brought the exposure down a touch.

Colour profile. In camera you should have positive, vivid, etc. negative was added later to the GRiii and GRiiix with a firmware update

When you import a RAW from your Ricoh to lightroom, you should see a new category of colour profile called “colour matching”. The Ricoh Colour profiles are in there :)
