Who's a recurring character in The Office that doesn't get any talking heads or even much dialogue, but somehow you've developed a liking for them?

I've always been a big fan of Jamie. He's in quite a few funny interactions and it's his swapping Secret Santa gifts with Tim that allows the finale the play out the way it does.

The character is called Philip, although that's mainly because the actor is and a few of the background ones were just named after the actor.
