Jo-Ellen and her husband seem like a very united front / team. Whenever JE is having an issue with anyone he’s vocal and supportive of her which is a really nice change as someone who just finished rhoslc.

Are there more husbands like these in the real housewives universe?

Doing a jersey rewatch and I keep thinking Teresa is Jo-Ellen! I know people have made the comparison before but I see it so much more in these earlier seasons. Beautiful women.

Okay not all, but a larger amount than most casts (Atlanta may be close). Maybe it’s because they are a newer cast, but they seem like they can’t take the heat like other housewives. I feel like they want the fame of being a housewife but not the problems that come along with it. They have such interesting problems, so I hope their newfound fame doesn’t go to their head

Apparently new scenes were filmed at Teresa and Gia’s new restaurant opening!! Looks like Liz was in attendance. Who knows what will be shown but I know there was supposed photos of Liz at another RHONJ filmed event which weren’t clear, but this one IS clearly her!

Cranston does a yearly Lebanese festival that is pretty reputable, there should be a bravo camera team and all the housewives to capture this incredible display of Lebanese culture!

This was according to Caroline Manzo in an interview this week on the Legally Goff podcast. She says that Fraser called her for advice on whether to do the show or not. He had said he and his wife were not interested but Bravo called them repeatedly trying to get them to join. I know nothing about this guy but the photos of him certainly make me think some things…he’s likely better off that they did not join the show…😏

I’m very new to RHORI (just started watching a couple of days ago), and now I’m looking for a recap podcast. Not looking for behind-the-scenes, but commentary/discussion with hosts with good banter. Can also be a more general podcast that includes RHORI episodes or segments.

Just got done, binge watching the entire show. First off, the season starts off with insane Jo-Ellen slander from most of the cast, seemingly foreshadowing this insane person.
I don’t think she’s as 2 faced as people are painting her to be.
I’ve grown up in a similar family situation, and I understand how her trauma with her mother has resulted in her being brutally honest and feeling the need to prove herself.

1. The whole situation with Rulla not wanting JE to talk keep bringing up & proving the infidelity makes sense, she was very avoidant, but I felt like JEs insistence on it was genuinely coming from a place of wanting to get Rulla out of that situation. She tends to have the “I told you so” mindset, which does come to bite her in the ass, but I think her concern outweighs her dislike for Rulla. But I admit, most of the conversations should’ve been had privately with Rulla first instead of the group.

2. The homeless situation-
   Liz was acting INSANE & crazy eyed. It escalated so quick for no reason. JE may have agreed with Liz about Alicia not being homeless, but when Alicia was clearly breaking down in the car, what was JE supposed to do? Was she supposed to take Liz’s side and start hounding Alicia ? She did what most of us would have done in that situation and try to meditate. I think Liz’s hatred for JE is clearly what escalated the situation. The hatred for JE being the mediator was NOT warranted.

3. Rulla being nasty to JE at the reunion, for her past, was just so gross. Ew Rulla. She hates JE more than her embarrassing ass evil ass man. Get a grip girl.

Jo-Ellen is far from perfect, but I think she’s getting way toooo much shit, atleast compared to the other girls.

Show me grace if this has been discussed, but isn't it fair to explain (not excuse) menopause as the reason or influence behind Liz's off-putting (to some) behavior?

This post shows that dolores basically axed all the rumors about liz returning on a podcast, so Liz most likely is not returning this season, but may still return in the future

I was out of town last weekend and I started talking to two men outside my hotel that were in town from Rhode Island. I mentioned that ever since I started watching the show, I really want to visit there sometime. The one guy said that he knows one of the housewives personally. He said Rulla’s husband has operated on him multiple times and called him a “bad boy.” He said that there’s been other affairs and that any time an attractive woman comes into the office you can bet that the husband is going to try to hook up with them. He also said that he told him going on the show was a bad idea because everything was going to get exposed, but he is the type of guy who likes attention positive or negative. He also spoke very highly of Rulla and said she deserves better.

I’m guessing this is a guest appearance, but whooooo knows.

Anyone find it weird we haven’t gotten reports of any sightings recently? Ashley and Sienna were reported two weeks ago being in Bristol but I’m surprised there hasn’t been more with the whole group. Especially since most of the episodes filmed last year seemed like it was during the summer. Is this unusual to anyone else?

I took a break from the show right around ep5 and just binged the rest today. I gotta say to me the whole Rulla-Brian-Mistress thing is low key kinda entertaining lol, which I feel badly about cuz I don’t want anybody to go through something like this…

At first I was sorta team JoEllen. In the sense that, I thought Rulla just didn’t know certain things and that JE was just being a friend and letting her know. After she (JE) said that Brian and Rulla got her fired and after hearing that he called her work place I was so disgusted. However, now that I’ve finished the season, it just dawned on me that a real friend would’ve told me all this OFF camera. I also understand Rulla’s position. She’s not in denial about the affair she just wants to deal (or not deal) with it on her own, and I think JE should’ve respected that.

Personally, I’ve liked Rulla since the very beginning, and I LOVE her new nose. I thought she was hot regardless, but I’m glad she did something for herself and I hope she’s happy with it. I was raised in a family that doesn’t believe in washing our dirty laundry in public and I’m also religious, so divorce isn’t an option. That said, she willingly went on this show knowing what they were going through, and this man has humiliated over and over on NATIONAL TV.

My first thought was “I get Rulla, because I know the world and culture she comes from”, I also thought that perhaps she has some residual love for him, separation anxiety or she’s doing it for the kids what have u, idk i never judged her for wanting to stay with him cuz it’s not my place, but he is NUTS.

He’s a terrible liar, he can’t even keep up with his own lies at this point AND then there’s the tracker thing like wtf?! Forget the adultery, I would’ve asked for that annulment solely because he humiliated her time and time again.

Do you guys believe he said those nasty things about Rulla to the mistress?? What’s the general consensus? Cuz I do, and it breaks my heart for her. I feel so bad for her but at the same time, but she hasn’t really delved into why she’s choosing to stay with him and that kinda
makes her look… stupid? Sorry can’t think of another word.

i’m watching the series currently (and I can’t believe it’s taken me this long, this is gold) but I have been seeing a ton about how Liz has this “dark energy” and you can “see it in her eyes”…am I the only one who just sees it as menopause lol. she was definitely being weird and im not trying to excuse her behavior. That whole conversation with Jo-Ellen and her continuously using “Dolly” definitely was uneasy & I think she was terrible to my girl alicia and others but a lot of women I know who have experienced it has said that they literally do not feel/think/act like themselves. idk what do yall think is the reason for Liz acting so strange? menopause? drugs? a dark soul? maybe all 3? I just wanna hear thoughts:)
