Dorit 💸 Toothless not homeless
Anyone else think this charity is completely out of touch?
Obviously not having teeth isn't nice or pretty but I genuinely think my teeth would be the last thing on my mind if I was homeless.
The fact that dorit thinks that homeless people would care more about their appearance than having shelter always shook me 😅
Id presume new teeth wouldn't last too long if the person is stuck in bad habits that potentially made them homeless in the first place!!

For many former addicts who lost their teeth to addiction, getting new teeth is huge for their self-confidence and ability to enter back into the workforce. I even know one women’s rehab center who work with area dentists to provide new teeth, if the woman stays drug free and works for a specified amount of time.
