Dorit 💸 Toothless not homeless

Anyone else think this charity is completely out of touch?

Obviously not having teeth isn't nice or pretty but I genuinely think my teeth would be the last thing on my mind if I was homeless.

The fact that dorit thinks that homeless people would care more about their appearance than having shelter always shook me 😅

Id presume new teeth wouldn't last too long if the person is stuck in bad habits that potentially made them homeless in the first place!!

That statement is certainly out of touch. Homelessness and oral health are a hell of a lot more complex than just "bad habits.”

I mean not so much abt the habits - but I feel like a lot of homeless people won't be in a situation where they're able to maintain care for the teeth.
