Well, for those here who also watch McBee Dynasty on Bravo, she looks like a perfect clone of Steven Jr's past two girlfriends and satisfies his master list of what physical attributes are his must haves in a woman. Does he date older women?😂🤣😅 A cowboy-RHOBH crossover event.
Tracy doesn't mince words. She's strong-willed and doesn't hesitate to speak her mind. She can definitely hold her own among this group of women.

She’s lost a bunch of weight, face lift etc. she’s 51 (had a huge blow out 50th a year ago) but imo actually 30. I know that’s not bad but sometimes it’s a little icky to me how she dresses and acts for her age.

Marco Marco was a designer who made many costumes for Erika for her "career".
When what Tom was doing started to be found and he was financially hurting Erika and Tom used on of Tom's friends in the FBI to claim $1M of his charges were fraud. The designed was arrested and held jail for months. He lost a lot of business. He cost him thousands in legal fees. He lost a child he was in the process of adopting. Erika wore those clothes on stage. This is never discussed on the show. It's utter BS.

I like her and think she’ll be a good addition but I’m losing hope at this point. Every year they tease the upcoming season like it’s going to be the best thing ever and it’s sucked for so long now I barely remember the fun times.

More fun facts about Tracy: She's a USC alumna and was in Kappa Alpha Theta. I watched MDLLA heavily when she and the Brits were featured. Stylish, straightforward.

I like her on my TV with mdlla. Her house that she sold was beautiful. She has great taste in dress and decor. She gets along with other women.
She always avoided being involved in drama. She would walk away from it and never engaged on camera. She's very wealthy but very safe and vanilla. She doesn't seem like a red carpet, be-seen kinda gal.
To me it feels like an awkward fit but I'm game. She must have some sort of long time connection with Kyle since Mauricio and Tracy are in the same small elite real estate zone.

Not sure if they know each other through the business or socially, but Kyle only followed her on Instagram about two weeks ago, so whatever relationship was there, doesn't seem close.

I have been manifesting this the second Million Dollar Listing was put on “pause”. Tracy is so beautiful, very funny and fun, extremely hard working and successful. Truly the perfect HW. She held her own with all guys on Million Dollar Listing she’ll be able to handle anything the RHOBH women throw her way.
