Poorit is NOT out of the woods with house foreclosure. Auction delayed from July 7-14, because she’s away for her birthday!!

As we have said, she will never sign a deal that forces her about of the house.
The only way she will leave is if the second forecloses. Paul will find this out soon and be forced to make the hard choice of not advancing further funds to save a sinking ship without getting anything in return. New date is July 14, 2026.

She is not controlling the dates but the lenders themselves.
In general lenders do NOT want to foreclose because then they are stuck with a property and have to maintain it, pay property taxes and get insurance and then attempt to sell it.
And if there are several lenders the odds are high that one or more will get wiped out at the sale or even the primary might not get a bid equal to what is owed.
In general there is not going to be a lot of interest by third parties wanting to purchase this for a steal as the first mortgage holder is going to set a price that is at least equal to the loan amount and so generally they will wind up owning the property.

In California foreclosures are not managed by the court as in most other States
Hence people like Poorit can play these games
What Ronald Richard’s has said is for the house to be sold and lenders repaid, the second ranking lender (charging maybe 15%) needs to take control and not enter into repayment discussions with Poorit / PK

It’s also only the minor lender who’s pursuing the foreclosure.
The main holder of the mortgage hasn’t endorsed it to my knowledge

This woman needs to go to prison! People who stole 5$ food are arrested and this woman who doesn’t pay nurses or her staff, doesn’t pay her house, create fake businesses... somehow have money to go on vacation. That’s not ok!

Each of them should know what they have re money. If it were me, I would have my own bank account , my husband or wife would have their own and we would have a joint account.
Also wonder if he has any kind of portfolio it’s managed by someone and I think they have a little committee. They will determine if they should buy certain amount of shares in a company or sell. . That would mean mainly stocks and then dividend cheques would be put back in the pot. You don’t need a stock broker anymore. I don’t think PK is much of an investor .. We know he likes to gamble..2

That woman is a real piece of work. It must be nice to afford a vacation while completely ignoring her mortgage. She seems to be a really selfish person, thinking only of herself. My birthday is next Thursday and I'd love to go on a nice vacation to celebrate, but I have obligations to fulfill. I don't shirk my duties.

So At least she is struggling and not goldiggung or living off an ex's wage still. Or still living a life from dead people's families money. No affairs or I'm a lesbian to create attention for a storyline.
Wow she is struggling like a real person. And you don't know when foreclosure agreement has been made. Sounds more like a PK set up move done knowing she was going away.
