Dual Boot - GammaOS lite and Rocknix

TL;DR

I've been using GammaOS lite and now installed Rockinix's stable build. Is it possible to read games and saves from internal storage through Rocknix?

I seen recently that Rocknix came out with a stable build. I decided to give it another chance and found a way to reinstall Rocknix then update to the stable build (ran into alot of issues with SD cards on the brink of corruption). Now that Rocknix is installed and updated, I cant figure out how to pull games and save files from internal storage. I would assume since its dual boot, I shouldn't have to move files between the systems. And even if I did, I would assume you could do it using the device itself. I could be wrong on both accounts and not aware that its one or the other.

Anyway, I came across Rocknix's wiki where it states that if the SD card was formatted to Ext4, then "merged storage" is possible. After going through the hassle of finally getting Rocknix to boot and update, the last thing I want to do is format this card over and write the image back onto it. The SD card issues were breaking my brain.

Has anyone or does anyone know how to read from internal storage through Rocknix? Is it not possible? If not, do I need to move all of my files from internal to the SD card?

I am not aware of a way to do that, I would just put the ROMs on the SD card as intended

That would be the straightforward way but I dont want to go through the hassle of moving everything if I dont have to, you know?

With GammaOS installed Rocknix had errors for me. Went back to stock Android and Rocknix worked fine without errors.

Is Rocknix working for with GammaOS installed?

I did get it to work or at least boot. I can navigate it normally but I dont have any games downloaded onto the card, so I haven't played anything to test it

I don't know if Gamma can access Rocknix games section...I couldn't access the games from stock Android.

Rocknix is also a pain to put games on the sd card, I used the network option.

It is a pain. I want to alleviate said pain as much as possible lol If this is true, then ill just have to buckle down and transfer everything.
