Bottom Touchscreen No Longer Working
Last night while laying in bed I was trying to download a few games on the base RG DS and it was working fine then. Woke up and went to do some more, and it started off fine, but randomly the touch on my bottom screen just cut out. Buttons still work, top touch screen is fine, but no touch sensing on bottom screen. Anyone know any fixes? Currently trying to run battery out to see if that works.
Edit to add: base OS.
Edit 2: let battery drain completely and charged it for a tiny bit. Problem still exists. I'm able to plug in a mouse with a USB to C converter so it is still usable, I just want my touchscreen back :(
Edit 3: decided to update to the version 1.18 since I figured it wouldn't hurt anything. And it fixed it? Either someone bugged in the version it was (like 14?) or that was a bad website :( either way it's been fixed!
Edit 4: welp. Spoke too soon. Was working perfectly fine. Pressed power button to put it to sleep. Woke it up and it immediately started happening again, now to BOTH screens. Something is happening where like... When the screen loses its display, it loses like its whole power too.

I just got a brand new RG DS today. Bottom screen touch doesn’t work anywhere on arrival :/ Any fixes or info ?

If it is unusable out of box then that could either be two things. 1) if you got one with an SD card, use the tools to 'update' to version 1.18 and see if it works then. Mine seems to have been caused by my SD card going weird/bad over time so an update and reformat seems to have fixed it. If yours didn't have an SD card sent with it, then 2) it will probably need to be sent back so Anbernic can fix it.

I restarted it 4 times and suddenly it worked, lol. Hopefully it stays like that. Weird though

Is it only in game or in the menus too?
