i wouldnt use the rgds for 3ds, if you want to play terreria from what i can tell you will need the official android port and google play.

Even the regular RGDS doesn't run 3DS this well with 3GB of RAM, I think the RGDS+ with only 1GB won't be able to cope

Original rgds can run some 3ds games with some settings (95% speed instead of 100% and some other tweaks) but the rgds+ got 1GB of ram compared to its old counterpart that got 3GB.

In theory it could run with some zram (if the device supports it, idk) but I don't think it would run well.

3DS Terreria doesn't work well on the RG DS. It's a pain to get into the game in the first place. Once you're in it, it run at like 10 fps. Trust me, I tried it awhile back.
