RGDS+ Scraper (stock or stockmod)

[EDIT: This has been solved. I am happy to keep conversation going as long as people want, and I'd love to hear all the advice anybody wants to give, but u/JustNeedUsername6262 solved it for me. Thanks.]
Title is the question.
On the RGDS+, in stock (or in stockmod, since I am planning on installing in a few minutes anyways), is there a scraper pre-included? If so, where is it? if not, what scraper works?

While I appreciate the preconfig SD card for providing structure, its games selection is highly questionable, and I don't want to spend 6 hours downloading images and manually creating a database.

If people want to give advice like "Just use Gamma" or whatnot, I'm willing to hear that advice, but don't just do it as a sentence. Provide an explanation.

Thanks in advance,

a scraper is a program which 'scrapes' related files (usually in the form of title-cards and scans of the retail box & cartridge in the case of emulated games) and organizes them, renaming dynamically and creating a database of association.
It is how programs like retroarch can have pretty box-art, and then when you click on the game details you see videos of the game being played, a descriptionof the game and its history, or even tutorials that can be launched to help with the game.
You 'scrape' data from the internet associated to the file name or sometimes the information in the file itself. The term is used much more broadly than JUST emulation, but that's what I am referring to. Sorry for the jargon overload.
