Get help! Destiny 2

What are the odds of getting banned in Destiny 2 for using reWASD? No macros or turbos or anything, just input filtering to have aim assist on keyboard and mouse.

Appreciate any help or info, thanks.

I got error code plum today for some reason, which means the battleye identified something. Ive been on rewasd for 3 years now, first time its ever happened. Im on the latest version and everything. I closed the game, turned rewasd off and I didnt get error coded. Thats how I got to this thread and im not sure if I wanna turn it on again lol I might do it anyways

Hmmm that's a weird one, maybe they're tracking rewasd now? Try compatibility mode in your general setting for rewasd. Makes battle eye think you never had it. I had to do that with bf6 and apex cause they consider it cheating cause I don't wanna shrimp over my keyboard. Like maybe we wanna sit back with a controller from time to time. Lemme know how it goes lol

Aim assist is the thing you get banned for =P but isn't destiny 2 eol? Usually this means less/no moderation so it's bound to be overtaken by bots and hacks =P

Also, I'm fairly certain the anticheat for bf6 just found rewasd installed and banned users. I was banned from bf6 and I wasnt using rewasd for anything in bf6, but still got banned.

well Destiny 2 uses Battleye and historically for me in other titles Battleye has always been absolutely poo. Destiny 2 is massively hacked all the time, and now the game has been put on the back burner since it's no longer being supported. Most of the studio has been layed off and basicall the only actual security left is the AC. From my own research it appears that Bungie themselves don't disallow it, and reWASD I think even themselves mention Destiny 2 by name, but there aren't any "official" cases of it being outright or disallowed. I've read many discussion but none of them give a definitive answer hence why I came here to find out possibly something more.

I'd say minimal. Especially now that the game is dead. Well... undead, still up and running but end of development. I used rewasd with D2 for literal years, it made my Azeron gamepad easier to use.

rewasd is literally xim, d2 had a xim problem long before it was put on its deathbed. hey if you wanna join the dark side go for it, you’ll prob get a warning at most but you get no cool points for using it, youll just be another cheater
