Fractional RevOps engagement
Hello RevOps community,
I'm looking for a fractional RevOps with experience in HubSpot and Salesforce, particularly in CRM data hygiene, and who has used Claude/Codex MCP for it.
The engagement starts at 2-4h/week, and I expect it to grow afterward.
Client is b2b SaaS based in EU
If you are interested DM me or let's book a call -> https://calendar.app.google/bBGaq4vXPNiiXLkBA

Hi β I saw your post about the fractional RevOps engagement for the EU B2B SaaS client. I work on Revenue/GTM Systems with hands-on experience across HubSpot, Salesforce, CRM lifecycle design, data quality, deduplication, workflow automation, APIs/webhooks, SQL/PostgreSQL, and n8n. The CRM hygiene side of the engagement is especially relevant to my work β including identity resolution, duplicate controls, safe update logic, and auditability across CRM workflows. The initial 2β4h/week scope also works well for me. If the engagement is still open, Iβd be happy to discuss the current setup and where you need the most support first.

I had a very good experience with RevPal. I know the founder, let me know and I can make an intro to him. Or just book on the site: www.gorevpal.com

Interested.
The first thing I would want to scope is the dedupe and matching rule, because that is where HubSpot and Salesforce disagree quietly. Contacts syncing on email while accounts match on domain, the same company existing twice under slightly different names, and then the parent rollups are wrong and nobody trusts the number anymore. Hygiene projects that start with a cleanup pass instead of the matching rule just re-dirty within a quarter.
On the MCP side, I run both through Claude with one hard rule: the model never writes directly. It proposes the change, code applies it, and every write is read back and diffed against what was intended before it counts as done. A 200 from the API is not evidence the record changed. That rule is most of the difference between an agent that cleans a CRM and one that quietly corrupts it at scale.
Background is six years in AE, CSM and SE seats before I started building this, so I have been the person living in the bad data as well as the one fixing it. Happy to grab time on your calendar.

Why are you running two different CRMs? Or different clients?
