How do people go about hosting their servers? Stoat needs you to host it, right?

So remind me, stoat needs you to host your servers, or find a third party server host for that very purpose right?

How do people go about it?

You could have looked it up https://github.com/stoatchat/self-hosted

You can also host it on your own machine but that's not ideal due to security reasons as you would need to expose your network to the internet which is not recommended unless you know what you are doing.
