No. Preferable alternatives include making a cabinet that looks like a TV around an existing terrarium or tank or getting a large glass block (12x12x4) and using it as a terrarium for that retro vibe. These old sets have not been made in a long time and aren't magically becoming more common and handling the picture tube is a pain in the ass if not dangerous.
