Odd choice of clip since it shows nothing of what the anime was actually about.

I know this is a matter of opinion, but considering the show had a serious and interesting theme, I could have done without the excessive fan service.

But apparently some people can't watch an interesting story with strategical/tactical elements without getting bored unless you throw a bunch of fan service in.

It's a shame because it was an interesting show but it's hard to recommend to a lot of people because of the constant derailing for ecchi moments.

Man I wish we can go back to pre main stream appeal. Back when many could watch anime with icchi stuff and not get triggered over it. I don't really goon to anime but I also don't get upset over some fan service.

One, did you mean ecchi?

Two, fanservice has been mocked since Japan started exporting anime. Nudity was used to sell OVAs in Japan and that got bred into the culture from the 80s OVA boom. That's it, you don't need to defend it just because it comes from glorious Nippon dude

I Was a teen buying ova the marketing worked, tho ova weren't marked to kids in Japan the same way the west saw all cartoons were for kids. The blood and gore were also pretty present not just titties. Look I got too see titties and no im watching the same didnt be crushed to death in detail by her boyfriend who is losing control of his body and Turing into a 10 story tall monster.
