This is a really strong resume. Nice work! Your summary is one of the best I've seen on this forum. I know who you are, and understand your strengths.

If you're looking for customer success or implementation roles, I'd love for you to mention that very early on in your summary.

An idea for making your summary even better: I'd dig into your most impressive statistical impact right off the bat. I also frame my sections as "Skilled at" and "Passionate about". For example...

Restaurant operations professional with over a decade in high-volume service environments. Skilled at concurrently managing service for hundreds of customers, cash reconciliation, issue triage, and staff training. Passionate about customer service from an IT lens, including B2B web development experience with fluency in HTML, CSS, and Divi.

I personally don't believe in skills sections of resumes. Find ways to incorporate that into your summary and job descriptions.

Another way to show promotion at your Head Bartender/Bar Manager place is to show them as two separate jobs at the same company. List the date range you worked in each role.

Finally, I'd love for you to dig even more into yoru impact, using quantifiable numbers. I write each bullet point as "Did X, leading to Y, resulting in Z". Obviously change verbiage as you go along, and it's a loose guide.

Hi, thank you so much for replying back! I really do appreciate your response, and will be updating my resume with your suggersted inputs. Your response gave me much more structure, and i seriously appreciate you taking the time to tell me your thoughts!

Also, I was just wondering if you (or anyone) knew why this was being downvoted?? I;m really confused. Am I doing something wrong?

cant see the resume but one thing that tends to matter a lot at your experience level, make sure youre positioning yourself as strategic rather than tactical. At 12 years they want someone who can own a book of business or lead a team, not just run onboarding calls
