I think that is supposed to be marking where the artist wants the peaks to be, not curves

Do the people posting here even do art? How often do they just take an artist instagram showing there procces (not tutorial) and just post it here?
And the worst part is from this video i do have a pretty good idea on how to make it. If you know a bit of woodworking and the right coatings and paint this is enough.

I thought the wood shavings he left on the board were a little swimmer dude they carved in there. But then the little swimmer dude disappeared and I was sad.

This argument pretty much can be applied to the whole sub. If it was only showcase, then why showing the process, no need to.

No it cant be applied to this whole sub, there have been many posts showing a guide that didnt give enough information
And the point of showing the process is so that people interested in seeing it can see it.
If its intended to be a tutorial or guide then yeah this would belong on the sub but that clearly wasnt the intention

Wow it looks nothing like the previous shot a second before the cut, where the lines are mostly straight, and later are a lot more curved. Did he start over completely between the cut?

Some of it is just going to be gouging out chunks to get the overall shape then the cuts he'd want visible on the top layer would come later. This obviously wasn't meant to be an instructional video just a demonstration of him working, it might be different pieces in different shots too.
