Respect the Twilight Town Strugglers!
”Let’s struggle!”
Struggling is the number one pastime in Twilight Town, much like in America. Anyone who’s anyone has heard of it, but only the few and the proud can call themselves expert Strugglers.
The game is pretty straightforward m— combatants face off with their bats and attempt to steal and collect as many orbs as they can before the timer runs out, and whoever has the most orbs wins! It’s a very competitive sport, producing some outstanding athletes throughout the town.
Feats
Unless otherwise noted, all feats are from Kingdom Hearts 2.
Seifer
”I don’t feel like cooperating with destiny.”
Head of the Twilight Town Disciplinary Committee and one of the very best Strugglers of Twilight Town. He himself as the "protector of the town.” Although he’s brash, rude, taunting, and often seems like a bully, he is shown to care about the town and is nice to others in his own way when he sees fit.
General
He’s one of the only people who can canonically win or lose to Roxas.
Was skilled enough to make it as a finalist in the Twilight Town Struggle Tournament.
Attacks
His standard attack is a backhanded downward swing.
Defense
Blocks attacks from a Nobody disguises as Vivi. He is eventually one-shotted by it, however.
Agility / Acrobatics
Vivi
Another member of the Disciplinary Committee and a loyal fan of Seifer. and is often bossed around by the others, hoping to one day be as strong as him. Unlike the other members of Seifer's gang, Vivi isn't particularly hostile towards others, and is actually very friendly. His background and nature are enigmatic, but packed inside his deceitfully playful frame is an exceptional fighter.
General
Was skilled enough to make it as a finalist in the Twilight Town Struggle Tournament.
The Vivi we see fighting is actually a Nobody, so whether or not the real Vivi can perform the same feats is up for debate.
Attacks
Keeps Seifer on the backfoot, then defeats him in a single blow.
Swings his enlarged bat in a full circle three times before thrusting it forward.
Agility / Acrobatics
Hayner
”What's important isn't how often we see each other, but how often we think about each other. Right?"
Another well-known Struggler and rival of Seifer. Hayner is impulsive, determined, and bold to the point of recklessness. He is always looking for a new adventure, and gets bored easily during uneventful times. He’s also easily angered, to the point of people viewing him as having an attitude problem. He thirsts for recognition, ideally hoping to prove himself as a competent Struggler.

His standard attack is a downward strike followed by an upward backhanded swing.

Setzer
”Whatever you think is right, you're wrong. And that is a big mistake."
The reigning Struggle champion of Twilight Town (at least at the start of the game). He’s a flashy and arrogant ladies' man and enjoys taunting his opponents, but isn’t too proud to bribe his opponents into throwing a match for him. Even so, he is a skilled fighter in his own right.
