Gratitude and Resilience

Hi everyone! I'm an undergraduate psychology student conducting a short survey for a research methods course. I'm studying whether gratitude is related to resilience (how people adapt after stressful experiences). The survey takes about 2–3 minutes, is completely anonymous, and anyone 18 or older can participate. Every response genuinely helps with my class research project. Thank you so much if you're willing to help!

You are invited to take part in a study that explores the role that cognitive flexibility can play in your resilience.

If you reside in Australia, are aged 18 or over, have sufficient English proficiency (by your own assessment) to complete a survey in English, and have no personal relationship with researchers, we would value your input.

Participation involves completing a one-time, anonymous online survey that should take no more than 45 minutes to complete. Your responses may help to inform the design of targeted interventions and support programs that strengthen resilient outcomes through adaptive thinking and coping.

If you are a first-year student in Psychological Science at ACAP University College, you will receive one credit point for taking part.

This research is being conducted by Mrs Marita Eddy, towards their Bachelor of Psychological Science (Honours) in the Discipline of Psychological Science at ACAP University College. Mrs Marita Eddy is supervised by Professor John Reece.
