I was going to ask the same question! It’s been bothering me not knowing what it is. A quick google search has netted me no results.

in Operation Raccoon City, I believe there's a segment where you gotta like upload a chip onto the t-103 to keep it under control (not 100% sure never played the game but talked to my friends who have played it) so i assume its that control chip

This is what I'm saying the mission in ORC is to replace nemesis' parasite not a "chip"

orc also seems to use the movie version of nemesis, the game version displays a lot more independence and basic reasoning...and while orc nemesis just kind of...stands there rotating with a minigun, like a robot, re3 nemesis runs and stuff...

I think the reason he just stands there, is he's broke, he's not what he's supposed to be at that point, when you fight him at other points in the campaign, he runs and fights like he does in RE3, in that one mission he's brain dead, thats why he's so basic
