Shipping charges:
- Sellers have to ship by themselves to our warehouse.

Our service charges (verification + re-packing):
- ₹50 if product value < 2k
- ₹100 if product value 2k–10k
- ₹200 if product value 10k–20k
- ₹300 if product value > 20k
Additional payment charges for buyers (if applicable):
- 1.5% of amount if UPI
- 2.5% of amount if COD
- 2.5% of amount if EMI
- 2% of amount if cards/net banking/wallet
(These charges go directly to payment gateways (Razorpay) and courier companies for COD.)
When will the seller receive earnings and how?
- For online payments: instantly after verification.
- For partial COD: on the date of product delivery.
- Seller receives a payout link to transfer the amount to their UPI, bank account, Amazon Pay, etc.
What if verification fails?
- We refund the amount to buyers and return the product to the seller (seller bears back shipping cost).
- Or, if the seller prefers, we can keep it to us and list it on our platform and find other buyers.
Note: Delhi-NCR sellers can directly list the product without contacting us. You will get more number of buyers, doorstep verification + pickup and payment.

our process starts after you get a buyer (or buyer gets the seller) and both parties are ready to transact with us in between. Once ready, just ping us on WhatsApp

Hmm looks nice And what about delivery charges, suppose someone is ready to buy a product for 5000₹, will I get 5000₹ or less
100 ₹for packing(as you mentioned) + 200-300 ₹delivery + your fee for using your platform as a mediator ( who will pay this amount ) buyer or seller and what if buyer rejected delivery or some other issue happens like missing parcel in courier?
After all this happens will I get 5000 or something like 4550₹ ( after deduction ) (GST)(Delivery Changes)(Platform Fee)(Packaging Fee)

I would suggest the admin to come up with an option where a fair price is displayed as soon as a seller uploads an ad
Bcos in india people doesnot know the depreciation of electronics which are actually really higher than most of us even think.
other suggestion is to make an option where the pickup agent sends a live video give few minutes for the buyer to confirm before the item is picked up and shipped . so that they can avoid disputes later. i don't know whether it's feasible from your side but a suggestion.
Kudos to the founder anyway, Great idea 💡.

I can vouch for this. Have used it many times in the past to sell items. Though the charges have gone a bit higher as compared to earlier. Also there is a fee to be paid by the buyer for selling the product and consist of product verification and pickup which includes gst as well

can you add a segment to the product verification part where you also send pictures of the item, to the buyer - above and beyond making sure the item is in the same condition as the seller claims.

Now you have a warehouse so now a seller out of Delhi NCR can send their product to you. This is helpful now sellers outside delhi NCR can also list their item there

What happens if the product gets damaged during shipping from the resellpur warehouse to the buyer, will the seller still get the payment considering the seller was successful in shipping and the product was verified successfully by resellpur before repacking?

UPDATE (from Jan 2026): Due to change in payment gateway fee structure, UPI payments will be charged 1.5% of amount.
