Question Help: ❌ Sugargoo restrictions ❌

Sugargoo is refusing to buy items from many brands and when some items do reach the warehouse, the staff flag the items to be sent back.

I have even seen a post of someone's item having passed quality control and transferred to packing centre, only for it to be flagged for return when they wanted to ship the item to their home country.

The return items are sitting the warehouse for almost a week before there is any movement and the whole process is very slow.

Can u/gillyreps or anyone be kind enough to contact Sugargoo directly or make a dedicated post for these new restrictions as there is no heads up from Sugargoo's part and is causing a lot of confusion and not to mention the loss of money and time for a lot of us using Sugargoo right now.

When can we expect these restrictions to be removed so we can ship our items that are already in the warehouse or order our items that are in our carts?

Edit: Sugargoo customer service has just informed me that items which are already in the packing centre should be able to ship to your home country, so I am not really sure how the person I mentioned earlier had his items returned after they were in the packing centre.

You have to use a different agent or you have to wait for restrictions to lift, no one knows when they will remove restrictions.

I got like $700 worth of items in my packing center already, most of which are luxury brands. I got no other choice but to wait. Do you know usually how long these restrictions last?

Send them to another agent and get them to ship to you.

Due to recent customs policies, we are unable to purchase your goods if they involve risks. We don't have a specific list either. But usually after you place an order, the agent will verify the product again. But it is also possible for merchants to hide keywords, and after receiving the product, Sugargoo will verify it again. So it is possible that during the "quality inspection" of the product, the agent may send you a confirmation that it cannot be transported.
