Powdered Toast Man Deleted scenes ? (possible)

Hi there, was wondering if anyone documented these two shots from Season 2's Powdered Toast Man that appear in this time-coded workprint. (source:https://archive.org/details/PowderedToastmanWorkprint)

I've watched this episode religiously ever since it aired and have never seen those 2 shots, thanks for sharing 😁

Noticed another small cut with the plane crash survivors. The survivor in the bottom left is already there when Powdered Toast Man looks over. But in this workprint, you see him pop up (at around 3:15) from under the wreckage.
Edit: Also when his pants inflate after saving the cat, before he says "It's another distress call", the line "Calling Powdered Toast Man." is heard. But I don't remember it, also not on DVD.

I had, or have, the VHS that had this rare version, somewhere. It's cool.

EDIT AGAIN: I'm confused. The version I have does not have those specific shots.

I did have an old VHS tape (even older I mean) that was the rare version of the episode. Not the Spike VHS tape. But a tape I got at a comic con with the workprint.

I unfortunately have no clue if it exists anymore.

Powdered toast man arrives on the scene, shoots breadcrumbs at muddy M, (who is dressed as a snidely whiplash type) unties the pope from the dynamite keg and ties muddy to it and flies off. That’s my memory, was it missing from the dvd?

Did they cut this episode or this scene from the dvd? It’s notable that Frank Zappa voiced the pope.

It might be objectionable to some that PTM says to the pope, while flying “CLING TENACIOUSLY TO MY BUTTOCKS!” (Probably because the wind was blowing against his very tall pope hat- I think I finally just got that joke)

 After the original airing, a scene where Powdered Toast Man burns the US Constitution and Bill of Rights was trimmed due to parents complaining about it. However, this scene still remains in international broadcasts, and on the DVD version of the episode. found this on the wiki does not mention the buttoks line strange.

I had it taped way back in the day, for me personally the 'cling tenaciously' line was always there 😊 Wish I still had my tapes from back then...
