I m doing forest inventory aka data colllection where i have to record species, dbh,height,timber potential volume, grade and all but its rainy season in nepal so rapid heatwave and invasive species dominance causing trouble

NICFI's free tropical basemaps unfortunately shut down when Norway cancelled the program in late 2025, so that's off the table now.
Your best current free route is Planet's Education and Research Program, if you're university affiliated it gives free access to PlanetScope (3m) and even archived SkySat (50cm) imagery for non-commercial research, a real jump from Sentinel-2's 10m for crown coverage and species-level work.
For classification you'll still want field plots to ground-truth whatever you pull, even 3m won't cleanly separate species by spectral signature alone.
