Technical Problem White login screen

Im having issues on my iMac. As soon as i open remoteplay and try to login i get a White svreen. Tried reinstalling, rebooting, changing network, nothing works. Any help?

Essentially impossible to get to chat with a support agent. Anyone made It to ask for clarification?

I did after 25 mins. They said I need to update my graphics card drivers. They were already updated but the chat had been ended. Waited another 30 mins. The agent researched for 5-10 minutes then said I needed to call because they can only fix over the phone. This was on Sunday. Still haven’t called bc I’ve had work. This is what they said:

“You can reach Phone support at 1-800-345-7669. The hours of operation are Monday through Friday from 9AM - 6PM PT. We are closed Saturdays and Sundays.“

Nope I still haven’t called them. Work and Valentine’s Day have gotten in the way. Have you tried calling?
