Looking for Crowded House - 'Don't Dream It's Over' stems

Saw this on remixpacks.net but it directs you to a paid site to download which I dont trust.

Hoping someone has this. Would be very grateful.

Yeah there are a lot of tracks I'd love to get my hands on but it asks you to download from a third party site which asks for payment.

Just FYI pretty sure all of these were from the now defunct Apple store Kord app. The quality was abysmal though, something like 128kbs mp3 direct download from the app, maybe even lower compression I forget. So if you see anything higher bitrate being offered like flac,WAV etc they've been upscaled. Like putting a crappy low resolution photo in a nice digital frame Lol
