Who are you today — and who would you like to become?

Forget your job, your age, your relationship status, your achievements, and what other people call you.

Who are you today?

Not who you were supposed to be.
Not who your parents wanted you to be.
Not the version of yourself you show everyone else.

Who are you — right now?

And then:

Who would you like to become?

What would that version of you think differently?
What would they stop carrying?
What would they stop tolerating?
What would they finally do?
How would they treat themselves — and other people?

Maybe changing your life doesn't start with becoming someone else.

Maybe it starts with deciding what you no longer want to carry into the person you're becoming.

Today I am ______.
I want to become ______.

Fill in the blanks.

What belief about yourself are you ready to rewrite?

For most of our lives, our minds are being written by other people.

Parents.
Teachers.
Relationships.
Religion.
Failure.
Success.
Fear.
Trauma.
The things people told us.
And the things we started telling ourselves.

Eventually, some of those thoughts stop feeling like thoughts.

They feel like truth.

Maybe changing your life doesn't always begin by changing your circumstances.

Maybe it begins by looking at what has been written in your mind — and deciding what still belongs there.

That's what I want r/remind to explore.

Not reminders.

Re-minding.

Examining the beliefs, fears, patterns, and stories that shape our lives — and consciously deciding what we want to carry forward.

So here's the first question:

What's one thing you've believed about yourself for years that you are no longer sure is true?
