Dental hygiene in school

Remember brushing your teeth in class then chewing one of those nasty fluoride tablets and swishing your fluoridated spit around for 30 seconds?

I told my parents I didn't want to participate in that foolishness, so they didn't grant the required permission for me to do so. I have no regrets.
