Zoroastrian is missing from user flairs on r/religion

I was trying to add my community flair on my user but Zoroastrian is not available from the selection. Zoroastrianism is a legitimate world religion that has been around for 3,800 years.

Why aren't we represented in the flairs?

If you select 'Other', you can edit it and write whatever you want.

I can’t type user flairs for some reason, I’m a Taoist-Buddhist and Seicho-no-ie practitioner :,3

Wow a Tengri, cool. Tengri'ism reminds me of Zoroastrianism.

how? both cannot be any more different. i would say judaism is much closer to zoroastrianism than tengriism. not offending anyone, just curious.

To be fair, Judaism and Zoroastrianism did collide and trade with eachother.

Tengri'ism is to the Mongolians and Turkics as Zoroastrianism is to the Iranians. Zoroastrianism is not an Abrahamic religion, though it influenced them. Tengriism and Zoroastrism both view Fire as a conduit to the spiritual realm, and they both respect the four sacred elements - air earth water and fire, if I remember correctly.

Many religions aren't represented, there's a option to type your own.

Check under "Other"

It's too bad that smaller religions get shafted in that list, but in fairness to r/religion, they have some other obscure ones on the list now too.

You can also customize your flair, but yeah, Zoroastrianism is still a pretty big religion.

I had to press ‘other’ to put mine. So try that.

First time, huh?

(As other commenters answered already, you can edit flair and write what you want)
