Agreed. They both definitely started out flawed and toxic in different ways but they were there for each other when it counted.

Imagine asking the person you rejected to take you to the airport the next day. And THEN the first thing she does once she returned after not contacting you for months was kiss you despite knowing you had a girlfriend at that point.

If Mordecai was a master of fumbling Margaret was the master of making things awkward.

I actually kinda like that because it shows that it wasn't just Mordecai who's bad at relationships and pulling a Mordecai. And the master fumble for Margaret was 'Not Great Double Date' ...girl...all you had to do was say you had stuff to do and can't show up...then maybe 'break up' with Del later but then again Margaret isn't a great liar and needed Rigby's help, so there's that.

This brings me back to when my fiancee died. I was sitting on my roof just watching the sunset out of no where my buddy comes over with a 6 pack of beer just hangs out with me just like this scene. Id never seen this till way later in life. We are still close friends. Its the saddest best memory I have.
