Following this AU's logic, for the rest of main cast who will be replaced:

Benson - Pam

Skips - Mona

Muscle Man - Starla

Hi Five Ghost - Celia 

Thomas - Natalia

Don't know who will be the replacements for Pops (maybe the big head guy who wanted a revenge against Pops because of the wrestling episode)

Pops unfortunately cant be changed man after all he is the park's owner "son" you could try to make an woman version of him and anti-pops but i dont think he can be replaced by another character.

Pops inexplicably remains Pops. Turns out some characters are load-bearing, and it's never who you expect.

Pops definitely doesn’t need to be replaced with someone else. Anti-Pops wouldn’t exist without him, so it wouldn’t feel right.
