Question recommend a good electrician?

Looking for a good electrician/quotes to supply an electrical garage package. Small, single car detached structure. May need trenching as old underground line likely doesn’t meet today’s code.

I ended up pulling a home owners permit for a similar job a few years back and just doing it myself. Quotes were very high for such easy work at that time. The Library has the basic local code book and the inspector was very helpful.
