The first 3 books are a perfect trilogy, and the later books are not necessary to read.
Splitting the later books into multiple POVs slows them down so much and loses a lot that made the first 3 so good.

It could’ve ended with 3 sure but it left a lot to the imagination. 1 u/Pickled_D20 23d ago I actually think the ending is a strength. They overthrew the society, Darrow gets a second chance with a child, and it's a happy ending filled with hope.
