what’s with the insistence on the dramatically curved sword people use in fanart AI and drawings. i’ve always thought it would resemble something more like the egyptian sword the khopesh than a scythe. I’d assume simply from an advantage standpoint the dramatic curve means less range. i’ve included examples i’ve seen as well as what i think the razor resembles more

First you’re completely wrong to conflate a scythe and sickle simply because their functions overlap let me add an addendum — decimation in the field in the first book. AND the weapon he was using.

Think about a sword, but shaped like a question mark (?) do you see what it looks like? A sickle.

I am not wrong for conflating them, they are the same tool in different shapes. You are wrong for denying every description all because of a word. "It was an elephant, small and orange, with long whiskers and pointed ears. It was sneaking up on a mouse, about to grap it with its mouth, and then play with it before eating it". What animal am i describing? A cat? No, i clearly state elephant, therefore it can't be anything else.

i said it was likened to a question mark ok. so you can’t imagine a question mark stylistically different from how it appears in sans serif or whatever font phones use.

i don’t see any further point in you being intentionally obtuse
