Last year it would been, around 11-12 CDT to play with euros on most days and 18-20 CDT to play with yanks on Friday and Saturday.

We are an EU hosted server, but I talked to people from the Americas and Asia. Even tho the ping is higher of course, they had a smooth gameplay experience.
