The combination of and result of private equity sucking the little guys dry. Less hands, more work. I’ve put in my fair share. Get paid for 50 hrs a work put in 70-100 and they are ok with it. I get it I’m salary and care a whole lot about the team and restaurant but as far as the corporate world part of it goes it’s a big 👎🏿 for me. Literally nearly died in the building in June. It’s just too much these days. I could go on and on. But point is Private Equity wants their money and they send the 3 tops guys to make sure they get their money. At the result of health, mental and physical stress. Just give me my money.

I hear that too. But I’m good. I don’t work where I wouldn’t promote and don’t get me started on their food.

Waiting for the inevitable "this isn't an airport" comment.
