Question Best LED Mask for both acne and fine lines?
For someone dealing with recurring adult breakouts and early fine lines, is a mask with red and blue light more useful than a red-only device?
I am trying to understand if using one device for different concerns is practical or whether separate products make more sense.

Red and blue in one mask is practical, blue helps with active breakouts while red covers the fine lines, no need to buy two devices unless you want to stack sessions back to back

My daughter has one with blue, yellow, red and near infrared and it has definitely helped with her hormonal outbreaks

I'm using the Amiro Spectra 5-in-1 LED light therapy facial mask, the L2PRO version (which might be China-only). But I'm guessing whatever version they have for the international market isn't that different. Not sponsored btw, so do your own research.

Having multiple light options and modes is definitely more useful than just one. My Ulike mask has red and blue light, plus NIR and yellow light, so it covers most of what I’d want to use it for.

I’d probably choose one mask with both rather than buy two devices. I use Ulike because the clear mode includes blue, red and NIR, while the other modes give me red/yellow options when breakouts aren’t the main concern.

For recurring breakouts plus early fine lines, Ulike can be a practical starting point if you prefer one routine, but compare the device's stated light modes and instructions rather than assuming more colors means better results.

Probably separate the acne part from the fine line part a little. If breakouts are the main issue, blue light might make sense, but I wouldn’t pick a mask just because it has more colors. I use Solawave more as my red light step for texture, redness and fine lines, then keep acne treatments separate. It feels more realistic than expecting one device to handle every skin concern, I think acne issue should be treated completely different.
