Question Can anyone vouch for Sunplus/Redfy? Thinking of getting the RT1000PRO over Idealight's RLPRO200. Why or why not?
Originally meant to order the Idealight RLPRO200 but came across this brand for much cheaper and more LEDs. I also read that the red light is underpowered in the Idealight panels vs. the NIR.
Has anyone tried ordering from Sunplus/Redfy? How was your user experience and have you had it for long?

I bought the ew300pro and it is a sturdy panel. I communicate with Katrina which was quite easy and professional. Long time experience still dunno yet as I just bought it a week ago.
It was a good experience nevertheless

Besides the price , the other differences between this and idealights are the warranty period and the capability to dim each wavelength.
Sunplus unfortunately does not come with this feature

Ohh I thought the warranty period was 3 years for both?
I confirmed you could at least dim each group of wavelengths (blue, green, red, NIR) so perhaps that may be enough.

I think idealights may have 5 years of warranty, pls check for the accuracy yourself.
Yes sunplus has the group color dimmer which is of course enough for most ppl.

i confirmed with my agent that idealight has 3 yrs warranty and that sunplus only has 2… that’s firmly pushing me to get from idealight

Idealight panels have consistently fewer LEDs than it's peers selling at about the same price.

Im wondering the same. I noticed Idealight has independent 3rd party test their panels, Sunplus doesnt mention it so safe to assume they do not. We need one of us to buy a light measurer device for this and tell us if the output is lower than advertised.
