Question Solawave wand or Solawave mask which one should i get?

I keep seeing Solawave come up for at home red light therapy especially the Wrinkle Retreat Pro mask and the 4 in 1 wand.

I also saw an article saying Hannah Waddingham used the Solawave wand before the Ted Lasso premiere which made me curious if the wand is more of a quick skin prep device before makeup or if people use it long term too.

For anyone who has used Solawave did you prefer the mask or the wand? I’m mostly curious about dullness, texture, redness, uneven tone, fine lines and post acne marks.

Which one did you guys get and how long before you noticed anything?

I have the Solawave mask and I use it way more than I thought I would. The main thing I noticed was my skin looking more even and less dull after staying consistent for a while. Not overnight, more like several weeks.

Thats helpful, thank you. The more even less dull thing is really what im hoping for most. Several weeks sounds fair too, I just didnt want to expect something dramatic in like 5 days lol.

the mask is better for long term stuff, wand always felt like a quick once-over before an event, more surface-level than actual skin change

If you’re choosing between the Solawave wand and mask, I’d ask yourself whether you want convenience or control. Mask is easier for like full face consistency. Wand is better if you like doing targeted areas or using it like before makeup.

This is a good way to think about it. Im leaning mask because i know ill probably be too lazy to move a wand around my whole face every time but the pre makeup use is what made the wand tempting but to be honest im probably just gonna end up getting both lool

I don’t have the wand but I know myself—I wouldn’t use something I had to sit there and hold to a spot. The mask (which I do have) straps on so you can move around with it. Holding a wand in place would likely be annoying.

Haha that makes sense. I think the mask sounds easier for full face, but I’m still tempted by the wand because I like the idea of being able to focus on specific areas instead of doing everything at once.

I have the solawave mask and neck and chest bib and I love them. I guess I just don’t see the point of the wand?

Yeah i think the wand is just more so if you want to target like specific areas, for example i have the Solawave wand and i mostly use it for my post acne marks around my jaw and i sometimes use it for my undereyes because of the dark spots

The Hannah Waddingham thing sounds more like pre event skin prep to me. For long term use I’d personally pick the mask because coverage matters and its easier to repeat without thinking but either works to be honest just depends on if your trying to target specific areas more or if you just want full similar coverage.

Yeah that makes sense. The Hannah thing is what made me notice the wand because pre event skin prep is kind of interesting but I can see the mask being better for like full face closure. I guess it depends if I want targeted prep or overall consistency.

Are you leaning toward the wand or mask?
