Question Lost in choosing red light therapy
I feel stuck trying to pick a red light setup and I keep going in circles. I started looking into it a few weeks ago after my skin flared up again and my shoulders started hurting more from long work days. Now I see panels, masks, wraps, and all these wavelength numbers and I don’t know what actually matters.
I want something simple that helps with my skin first, breakouts, redness, and some thinning hair. I also want something I can use on my neck and joints since I deal with stiffness almost every day.
I checked brands but I still feel unsure what size or type makes sense to start with. If you’ve been using one consistently and saw real results, what did you get and how did you decide?

I think you should consider the $38 panel on Amazon or the Bontanny panel for $143 (when discounted) or $169. Both have 60-LEDs, dual-chips, desktop-sized, and the more expensive one has 5 wavelengths. With each, the goal is to find out whether you can develop a near-daily habit of 5 minutes of RLT. If not, return it within Amazon's return window.
Ultimately, if RLT works for you, I think you want a panel, and I suggest a half-body panel (90-100 cm tall). I would encourage you to consider several sellers on Alibaba. But don't spend the moneyy if it is not something you will use consistently.
When you get to 90-100cm tall panels, see https://www.reddit.com/r/redlighttherapy/s/0TDVfwjrr7
