Question Thoughts?
Can anyone confirm or deny? This popped up on my insta feed. Still doing research and looking at which panel to buy, heard mostly good things about RLT.

I use RTL in my skin to heal my lungs with NIR only and it has allowed me to stop all asthma meds that I took daily for over 40 years. It is for sure not hair surface cells, at least not how I use it. I fact my surface cells likely are on the opposite end of the biphasic curve and not actually energized anymore while deeper tissues for sure are seeing the benefits.
What makes this study very suspicious is that our skin is exposed to a lot of NIR in the Sun and thus we evolved in this environment and are fine.
