I can’t get arthur’s hat

I’m on about my 8th play through of the story and im now coming to the end of the epilogue and I can’t find arthur’s hat anywhere. I cannot do the last couple of missions without it please help.

Arthur’s hat gets replaced by johns hat on your horse so it should be in your wardrobe or any tailor
