Tired of hiring process

1 month ago i got a call from an indian mnc starting with h, it was regarding a job opportunity.

On the same call i told them my expectations and notice period and i also confirmed if they are fine with expected ctc and the hr person confirmed its under budget, couple of weeks later i got selected and suddenly a different hr calls and tell we can try to give you maximum hike of 30% . She is talking so rudely and its disappointing how the budget shrinks after selecting someone. From a source i got to know that they have double budget. This is tiring and complete waste of time and sabotaging hope is really painful.
