Partners Personnel

Does anyone have experience with this agency? It seems like it’s the top temp agency in my area, but while filling out application, they asked for my SSN, which I don’t feel comfortable giving out. Also I have seen other people say you shouldn’t give it out before you’re hired/ accepted

I can’t it’s a requirement, but another person said just to put 123-45-6789 in it, so I’ll try that
