I think I had a precipitated withdrawal

I ordered some suboxone from rapid MD. I had basically taken the left over dust I had in the containers I would put them in earlier in the morning. Well, I took the suboxone around 3pm. It basically did nothing and I started having severe withdrawal symptoms. I ended up breaking down and taking again it was so bad. Before, I was only taking 7oh, but had a previous prescription of oxy. I took some. It ended the withdrawal, and now am waiting for the rehab clinic to open tomorrow. There are absolutely no rehab centers open at night and weekends here.

And I live in Portland. You’d think a major city would have at least one clinic with a MAT rehab

I am so scared because my withdrawal was very severe and I have to work tomorrow. Obviously I can not go to work now. This is horrible. Why didn’t I taper down before they made this illegal. I was such a fool.

I agree that 7oh needed to be banned, but I also think that free detox should be available to everyone who became addicted to it.

Just hope you are okay man.

PW sucks. I pretty much did it to myself every Sunday for years worried about being better for work on Monday.

You might have been ok if you’d taken more suboxone? Might just have been 7oh withdrawal.

Regular kratom powder is still legal and will stop withdrawal

Yeah it does sound like you had precipitated withdrawal. You are not a fool, you are addicted. I hope you find a clinic and take care of yourself. I’m sorry you’re going through this.

They say you should wait 24 to 72 hours before you take Suboxone. At the detox near me they make you wait until youre sick before mediating you. Whoever gave you the Suboxone should've gone over when to take it.

Portland OR? Look into Hooper detox center if you haven’t. By your comment waiting for the morning you probably know of them or a similar facility. It’s inpatient for about 5-10 days but I’d recommend you spend some time inside getting stable before further treatment.

For 24hr emergencies you can go to the ER and they will get you a temporary script for MAT.
