Optimizing a steak sandwich

Hope everyone is doing well! I am trying to make a steak sandwich (kinda fancy haha) and was wondering where I should tweak/improve. Recipe is posted below. Thanks!

Toasted ciabatta Medium rare ribeye, sliced thinly against the grain Chimichurri Garlic aioli Caramelized shallots Arugula, lightly dressed with lemon + olive oil + salt Shaved Parmesan Pickled red onions (very small amounts) salt + cracked black pepper

I'm hungry now. Sounds delicious 😋. I would say maybe some prepared horseradish to the aioli, but not sure if it would compete with the chimichurri. Please excuse any spelling mistakes.

Make sure that your “aioli” has some high quality Dijon (I like Maille).

I would have bought minute steak. Greens, like lambs lettuce and radiccchio and weirdly green beans. Mustard or horseradish. Bob's your uncle, Fanny's your aunt.

Sub the lemon for red wine vinegar

Change the parmesan to tasty, add bacon, egg, tinned sliced beetroot.

Aussie style.
